The Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) of 1977 encourages banks to help meet the credit needs of the communities where they do business, including low- and moderate-income neighborhoods.

Bank of Texas has maintained an Outstanding Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) rating for the last 12 years, signifying the bank's ongoing commitment to providing lending, investments, and services in the communities we serve.

Bank of Texas complies with Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) guidelines and provides a public file containing the information listed below. Updates are made annually by April 1. Feel free to contact our CRA officer at CRA@bokf.com for any inquiries.

HMDA Disclosures

The Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) requires us to maintain, report and publicly disclose loan-level information about mortgages. BOKF’s HMDA data may be obtained on the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s website by searching for BOKF, National Association.

Additional information

Upon request, the bank shall provide copies of the public file, either on paper or in another form acceptable to the person making the request, of the information in its public file. The bank may charge a reasonable fee not to exceed the cost of copying and mailing (if applicable).
