  • Your password is case-sensitive.
  • Your password must contain at least one numeric and one alpha characters.
  • Your password cannot be the same as the username.
  • Your password cannot contain spaces.
  • The following special characters are allowed within the password: _ . # @ : ? ( ) $ \ / ` " . '.
Please enter one word that can be used for security authentication. If you ever forget your password, this secret word will allow you the ability to reset it online.

  • Must be a minimum of 8 letters
  • Cannot be the same as the username

Important information regarding Business Online Access and Business Online BillPay: You may distribute your Business Online Access username and password to individuals within your organization. However, you are responsible for any and all actions by such individuals as it relates to their use of Business Online Access, and all actions by an individual that has logged in to Business Online Access using the designated username and password combination shall be deemed to have been authorized by you and by your organization. Individuals with access to your Business Online Access account will, upon logging in, have unrestricted access to such account and the ability to perform any of the functions available within Business Online Access, including but not limited to (a) enrolling your account in the Business Online BillPay Service, (b) initiating bill payments from your account, (c) viewing account balances and account transaction history, and (d) initiating account transfers. The Business Online BillPay Service allows your organization to make bill payments online. There is no monthly maintenance fee for this service. You may make up to 15 payments a month at no charge, and each additional payment is $.50. View the Business Online Bill Pay Terms and Conditions.

If you do not wish to allow other individuals access to enroll your organization's accounts in Business Online BillPay or perform bill payment transactions for your organization, we recommend you contact your relationship banker to discuss additional online access options that may better suit your needs and the needs of your organization. We have solutions that allow you to create multiple usernames and to manage account permissions for various users, giving you more control over what features each user can access.

By enrolling in Online Access you agree to have Bank of Texas ("Bank") perform Online Access Services on your behalf and agree that all such services shall be subject to and governed by the Terms and Conditions provided to you above, as may be amended from time to time. You authorize the Bank to post Online Access transactions to your accounts. If at any time you decide to discontinue this service, you will provide written notification to the address provided in the Terms and Conditions. YOU AGREE TO RECEIVE PRODUCT DISCLOSURES AND CHANGES TO DISCLOSURES ELECTRONICALLY.

Your use of the Service signifies that you have read the disclosures above and have read and accepted all of the Business Online Access Terms and Conditions.
