Check Card CashBack Terms and Conditions

 You will earn and receive a reward, based on the conditions set forth below:

• Eligible Bank of Texas personal checking account products: Free Checking 2.0, Echelon Gold, Advantage, Advantage 55 and Group Banking. Your account must be the primary account linked to your Bank of Texas Check Card.
• $0.05 will accumulate for each signature-based POS purchase transaction initiated and processed using your eligible Check Card. This count will be net of credit signature-based POS transactions (e.g. returns). ATM and PIN based transactions do not qualify for this benefit. The maximum amount which may accumulate (accrue) is $300.00 per eligible Bank of Texas personal checking account per year, with no carryover.
• Qualifying transactions will be counted from each October 1st through September 30th of the following calendar year. The promotion and count of qualifying transactions begins on April 16, 2007.
• When earned, the amount will be credited to your account in the month of October for the previous 12 months ending September 30th.
• We reserve the right to disqualify transactions in circumstances where we believe they were not made in good faith and in the spirit of the promotion.
• To qualify, your account must be open and in good standing at the time of the credit to the account. If the eligible Bank of Texas personal checking account is closed or changed to another product type, the benefits set forth above in these Terms and Conditions may no longer apply.
